# Support

> Raise a support ticket from inside Altrum and follow it by email.

Any member can raise a support ticket. Open **Support** in the sidebar and choose **New ticket**.

| Field | Rules |
| - | - |
| Title | Required, up to 255 characters. |
| Category | Login and signup, User administration, Bugs and defects, Performance issue, Integration issue, Feature request, or Other. |
| Severity | Low, Medium, High or Critical. Medium by default. |
| What happened | Required, up to 5000 characters. Include what you did, what you expected and any message you saw, with its request reference. |

Select **Send ticket**. A message confirms the ticket's reference, such as `SUP-2026-0001`: quote it whenever you contact Altrum about it. You can raise up to 10 tickets an hour.

## What happens next

The ticket is emailed to Altrum support straight away. You and the owners of your organization are copied. Altrum support replies by email, and replying to that email adds to the conversation.

If the ticket was saved but support could not be told, the message says so. Keep the reference and email it to support.

## Who sees tickets

The **Support** page lists tickets with their reference, title, category, severity and date. You see the tickets you raised. Owners and admins see every ticket in the organization, with who raised it. Select a reference to read the ticket.
