# Account and organization

> Edit your own details, choose a theme, and keep your organization's profile up to date.

Both are in the menu under your name, at the top of the sidebar.

## Your account

Choose **Account**. You can change:

| Field | Limit |
| - | - |
| First name, last name | Up to 100 characters each |
| Department, job title, employee ID | Optional, up to 100 characters each |

Select **Save changes**. Your email, role and organization are shown but cannot be changed here. To use a different email address, ask an owner or admin to invite it. To change your role, ask an owner or admin.

**Theme** in the same menu switches between **Light**, **Dark** and **System**, which follows your device.

## Your organization

Choose **Organization**. Owners and admins can edit:

* **Website**
* **Size**: 1-50, 51-250, 251-1000, 1001-5000 or 5001+ people.
* **Countries served**: two-letter country codes, separated by commas.
* **Industries**: one or more from the list.

Members see the same profile without changing it.

Altrum sets the rest: the organization name, its plan, its primary country and when it became a customer. Owners and admins also see the contract and when the plan ends.

## Plans

| Plan | Ends |
| - | - |
| Licensed | On the plan end date |
| Trial | On the plan end date |
| Demo | Has no end date |

When a plan reaches its end date, the organization is switched off: nobody can sign in, and nothing is deleted. The owners are emailed. To extend a plan, contact Altrum support. See [Sign in](/sign-in#when-your-organization-is-switched-off).
